Yes, but the gas produced is CO2, there's an awful lot of it, and if anyone sees you doing it, you might be shot as a rabies sufferer!. Anyway, it's far too strong to do that, and will burn your tongue, that's why they say put it in water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
