Is it safe to drink tap water?!

Question: Is it safe to drink tap water!?
Answers:
It is safe to drink the tap water but when I lived in Phoenix/Scottsdale I couldn't drink it because of the taste - it was awful so I put a filter on my kitchen sink's faucet and found that that helped a lot with the taste!. It all has to do with the calache in the ground - it gives tap water a funny taste!.

i drink it all day everyday and im fine!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. You should actually drink tap water every now and then so that you can get some bacteria and other microbes in your system!. That sounds bad and kind of gross, but if you don't have them in your system, you will be really susceptible to them later, if you're never exposed to them!. Drink bottled water but every now and then take some from the sink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

what state do ya live in then i can tell if that state has water problemsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Great Question!.
Tap Water has been treated by your municipality to kill off harmful bacteria and other nasties, however, they add chemicals to it to do that!.
Furthermore, recent studies indicate that there are 200 different harmful chemicals in the aquifer including Teflon, PCB's, Mercury and Pharmaceuticals in measurable amounts!. That being the case, I use Reverse Osmosis Water, enhanced with carbon filtration and a UV Light screening too!. Whole Foods and several other Supermarkets have RO Water stations where you can refill your gallon jug for 49 cents!. Additionally Home Depot and other hardware and plumbing supply houses have whole house units and some for under the sink!. There are also effective filters for your shower as your skin is water permeable and you can gain up to 10 pounds additional water weight in a 20 minute hot shower!. Scary huh!? That is a lot of harmful toxins for you body to soak up in 20 minutes, don't you think!?
I hope that answers your question!. Good luck with your quest for safe water!. It isn't coming from your tap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
