Answers:
you won't get physically addicted to Monster drinks!.
but you can get mentally addicted, but only if you drink an excess of 2-3 Monster drinks per day!.
short term effects can be being hyper, or jitteriness, shaking sometimes accompany this!.
short-term increase in heart rate and an increase in energy!.

then, sadly, you "crash," meaning you get really tired all of a sudden and fall asleep!.

personally, none of these have ever happened to me other than slight jitteriness, probably resulting in me downing three Monster's in a row!. I wouldn't recommend that ;)
but i believe you're quite safe as long as you keep it to 1-2 Monsters per day!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm 19 years old, and when I was in high school, this kid I knew drank 2 of the large monster cans, and had a heart attack AT school!. The paramedics came, and the kid died in the ambulance on the way to a hospital!.!. Sad, but true!.!. They do become addictive to your body!.!. You might not crave the taste of them, but your body will become very drained a LOT easier!.!. When you give your body artificial energy, it begins to think it doesn't need to make anymore!.!. And when you stop drinking the energy drinks, your body isn't making the energy you need!.!. also, there's a LOT of bad carbs, and sugars in the Monsters!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Monster drinks!.!. along with ALL other energy drinks out there said to be "bad" and "unhealthy" but for years ive drank them and i know around 12 people who have been doing the same and were living awesome healthy lives!.!.!. sooo look!.!.!.

Energy drinks CAN be bad for your heart because it speeds it up a little!.!. but what people dont know!.!. is that not everyone is like this!.!. some people (most people) can withstand the rush and adrenaline the drinks give you!.!.!. so if you can handle the energy and dont drink more than 4 energy drinks a day!.!. there will be NOTHING wrong with that! Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

With so many energy drinks available, it is hard to define what an actual energy drink should contain!. However almost every energy drink does contains an “energy blend” which is unique to the drink!. Although the energy blends are unique, many contain the same base ingredients and just vary the percentage of each ingredient!. The average energy blend consists of:
L-Carnitine: Is used to transport fatty acids to the mitochondria where they are converted into energy!. L-Carnitine can be found naturally in the body, specifically in the skeletal muscles, heart, brain, and sperm!.7
Glucose: Is found floating in the blood stream where it can be quickly distributed as a carbohydrate!. It is used to control the metabolism in addition to providing energy for cellular functions!. 8
Caffeine: Can be found in numerous plants including, coffee, tea, guarana, and cacao!. It provides the central nervous system with a stimulant, which increases motor skills and alertness!.9
Guarana: A fruit grown in South America, which contains three times the amount of caffeine as the equivalent amount of coffee!.10

Glover 4
Inositol: Contains phosphatidylethanolamines, which are needed in every living cell!.11
Maltodexrin: Can be rapidly digested and used as a glucose!.12
Ginseng: Develops mental performances such as learning, and memory skills as well as improves the sensory system!. The ancient Chinese also used ginseng to both treat and prevent illnesses!.
Taurine: Prevents and reverses fat build up in the liver!.
B-Vitamins: Quickly converts and processes carbohydrates into usable energy, as well as stimulates red blood cell production!.
Niacin: Reduces high cholesterol!.

Each of these ingredients plays a role in providing energy to the drinker!. In total the average energy drink will contain between 1,000 and 3,000 Milligrams of the energy blend!. Looking at these ingredients also helps disprove the myth that drinking energy drinks is threatening for one’s health!. Although there is an abundance of carbohydrates and glucoses (natural sugars) they are balanced out by the L-Carnitine, Taurine, Niacin, and B-Vitamins, which reverse and utilize the additional carbohydrates and sugars!. The entirety of negative effects boils down to the amount of caffeine intake, which is the less than that in a single cup of coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
