Im 15 years old, i eat fairly healthily but whatever i drink it has to be coke!. I cant drink anything else!. I tried to drink water but i found it uninteresting and boring!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

diet coke does not have less caffeine than regular coke!. all it is is an artificially sweetened pop which is just as unhealthy for you as regular pop!. i too was addicted to coke for quite some time!. i now drink water, lemondae, and fruit punch the most!. plain water is just that, plain!. however, you can buy assorted flavored waters and there are even individual packets of kool aid (sugar free!) that you can put in a 16oz bottle of water!. it will take a lot of time to get unhooked to the caffeine, but you will be able to get there eventually!. drinking water is a lot healthier than pop!. you will lose some weight and you will find that your metabolism will stable out more!.

eating healthy won't just cut it, you need to drink healthy as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i do drink coke as well but no matter how much i drink it im still thirsty it never quenchs my thirst, i must admit theres nothing like a fresh chilled glass of orange juice or tropical juice , it makes you feel good about yourself on the inside for drinking it and you dont get that gassy horrible bloated feeling afterwards, its so bad for your teeth aswell, the best thing you could do is give it up and drink fruit juice, besause i must admit i find water boring!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

go diet and it won't be that bad for you, start slowly mixing in water to your daily drinking, if you don't like it-try flavored water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

water takes getting used to; i find that once i started drinking water i quit drinking soft drinks except on occasion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get soda water and water flavouring, its like soda but a LOT healthier!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
