Someone told me that crystal light has a sugar in it that causes cancer, is this true or a lie?!

Yes!.!.!. any sugar subs such as sweet and low and equal have aspartame in them!. From what I've read it causes cancer in Rats, but I'd say its just best to stay away from it!. It's just like in Diet soda there is phenylketanerics and phanylalanine (SP) which are also cancer causing substances!. Its in Gum and mints too!.!.!. I'd jiust stick with kool aid and add your own sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com
