Question: Is drinking green tea just as good as drinking pure water!? Does it hydrate you just as much!?
Answers:
No!. It does have many positive benefits but Nothing will ever take the place of water!. You need it and plenty of it supplementing with green tea can be very good for you though!. I drink a cup every morning (for the last year and a half ) and have noticed alot of benefits!. It was last years news years resolution!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Actually green tea has caffeen in it!. Caffeen will actually dehydrate your body!. The best thing you can put in your body is water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

pure water with lemon!. slightly acidic water is easier for your body to use!. cold water helps too, your body burns calories to warm the water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No tea is mildly diuretic so it makes you pee more, and end up a little dehydrated!. also it has antioxidants, caffiene and sometimes sweeteners (like honey if you add it) which add calories so it is way different from pure water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nothing satisfies or hydrates the human body like pure water does!. However, if you want to supplement your body with green tea (I recommend diet if you are getting the bottles), then it is pretty good!. I exercise and drink diet green tea!.!.!.it is pretty good!. The only problem with that is it goes straight through you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It hydrates you, but the caffeine acts as a mild diuretic, so that dehydrates you a bit!. Green tea has lots of antioxidants and other nutrients that makes it good, too!. So, in answer to your question, No!. But, it's really good for you!.

I wish but I don't think so, I don't think anything is better than water itself!.!.!. What I do know is that green tea haves 105 mg Protective Antioxidants*Naturally per serving and you can buy the decaffeineated kind if caffein is a problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
