Answers:
Yea they work for awhile but acouple weeks ago on the news they were talking about how energy drinks raise your blood pressure really high and could cause problems if you drink them daily!. There is tea they sale in stores that can give you energy all day and is good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the person, they don't do squat for me but make me tired!. Most people get hyper for a shot time and then crash and need more!. I believe that the majority of their sales come from people who have drank so much it no longer effects them physically only mentaly!. Honestly though that can be plenty!. If you truly believe that a glass of water will give you tons of energy and help you focus then after drinking one you will be more awake and focused!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah they work but many are full of sugar which give you that burst of energy and then about an hour later you crash!. I drink those rock star drinks and the two that I like are the blue one and the orange one!. I dont think its a good idea to drink one and then work out it makes your heart rate go up alot!. They are great for a pick up but not for working out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes they have caffeine in them!.!.!.!.!. Then you have a load of sugar too!.!.!.!.!. I don't drink them but I know a few people who do and say they can sometimes have trouble sleeping!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
