In almost all cases, an energy drink will have far more caffeine than coffee!. The highest amount of caffeine I have ever seen in a product was in the energy drink!. The Wired X505 has 505 mg of caffeine, as opposed to about 80 mg of caffeine in a cup of coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would take the natural ( coffee) over energy drinks( ones that are pumped with caffeine and cause your heart to do flips and alot of other side effects( anxiety being a big prob today)!.
Instead of them saying warning!.
They should just put a Skull and Bones emblem on the can( in fact I think that is a logo of one brand)!? Well, at least that company is honest!.

The energy drinks have a lot more caffeine in them than coffee!. Drip coffee has more caffeine than espresso based drinks!. FYI, If you have a caffeine addiction, you might want to slowly start weening yourself from it!. Try to get your energy from healthy foods, plenty of rest, and exercise!. I would guess the energy drink has more, and I'm not sure what your other question is asking!. I don't know of any "good" caffeine!. It's all a stimulant and stimulants are not good!.
