Is it bad for you to drink water out of the hot tap?!

The potentially bad thing about warm water is that is it may sit for a long time in the water heater!. If the water doesn't get really hot before it is used, bacteria may grow very rapidly in the lukewarm water!. So if there are harmful bacteria in the water to start with, you may suddenly have water that's very unhealthy to drink!.
