Lemon Lime Bitters !?!
People on yahoo answers, i've tried a million times to make the perfect Lemon Lime Bitters, tried every answer on google and here!. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me how to make it!. What i do is put bitters on the side of the cup (about 5-6 dashes) and swirl it around!. Then I put in lemonade and top it off with some lime cordial!. Please tell me what im doing wrong ! I use lemon squash rather than lemonade, and I put the lime cordial in before the squash!.
First I put ice, about a third of the way up the glass, then bitters around the edge of the glass (not too much, just enough to coat the glass), then add about 30 mLs (a nip) of Lime cordial, and then top up with lemon squash!.
This is how we make them at the restaurant where I work, and they tast pretty darn good, if you ask me!Www@FoodAQ@Com
