Can you do cappuccino with filter coffee?!
I know that cappuccino is done with frothed milk and espresso!? What is the difference between espresso and filter coffee and can i use the latter to do capuccino!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Espresso is a concentrated coffee beverage brewed by forcing very hot (but not boiling) water under high pressure through coffee that has been ground to a consistency between extremely fine and powder!.
Filter coffee isn't ground as fine, and it's forced through the beans with high pressure, therefore it's not as strong!.
As far as I know, real Cappuccino is only made with espresso, but there are "mock cappuccino" recipes out there, such as the one below!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
