Answers:
Go to sams club or costco and get large bags of frozen mixed fruit!.

Get a gallon or two of any fruit juice that will go wth the frozen fruit you chose!.

Blend the fruit in a mixer and add the juice until you get the consistancy you want!.

you can also add some ice to it tooWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would say either buy in bulk ie frozen fruits, such as raspberries, strawberries or mixed berries as much cheaper, or if you go to the local market you will get fruit which is less expensive there!.

There is a great smoothie site which I would definitely recommend for making smoothies, they have 100's of them on there and all are free to use!.

Have a look at http://www!.flowercarole!.com

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go to local fruit and veg markets or shops and ask if they have any fruit going off that they'll sell cheaply to you or give you for free!. You can often get over-ripe fruit this way, partic bananas which are great in smoothies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

- Strawberry
- Milk (condensed milk)
- Whipped cream
- Sugar
Blend the strawberry with ice, then add the milk and a bit sugar!.
Pour it into your big mug!. Then add whipped cream above! Delicious and cheap! isn't it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
