All about Starbucks, and their drinks, could you explain a little bit to me?!

Question: All about Starbucks, and their drinks, could you explain a little bit to me!?
So I think I have the basic idea, but I still have a few questions!.

1!. Is a frappiccino just any hot drink blended with Ice!? So could I ask for a double shot Tall Peppermint Cafe Mocha Frappicino with chocolate syrup drizzled on top!. And do they automatically come with whip cream!.

2!. Can you get any kind of syrup drizzled on top of a drink including something like Java Chips!.

3!. The macchiato thing is really confusing!. I've only heard of the caramel macciato, but could you just ask for any flavour you want like a Cinnamon Dolce Macchiato!. And what if you want to change the vanilla syrup!?

And those are basically my questions, I've found out alot from the internet, but the questions are still itching at me!. And for the huge Starbucks addicts, I'm sorry I don't hardly know anything about it, but I hope you can help me out!. Thanks a lot!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
1!. A frappuccino is any blended beverage made with the frap base!. No, it is not any hot beverage although you could mimic a hot beverage in a frap!. The biggest problem being that all frappuccinos are going to taste sweet!. The frappuccino base is made with an espresso powder and a dairy base that, when blended with ice, give it it's texture!. If you blended a normal latte, the consistency wouldn't be the same!.

You can get whipped cream on any of them but only some of them actually come with whipped cream!.

2!. You can basically get anything that Starbucks has to offer on top of your drink!. The basic two drizzles are mocha and caramel but you can definitely ask for java chips!.

3!. Macchiatto means "to mark!." Essentially when you order a macchiatto you are getting your shots poured on top of the milk so you technically can get any type of macchiatto but it is easier to order your latte "upside-down!." Your barista will be less confused! And yes, you can easily change the vanilla syrup in a caramel macchiatto!.

Lastly, a frappuccino can be ordered in any size (tall, grande, venti)!. Hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's where it all starts!. Basically EVERYTHING they have starts with espresso!. From there, it's just a matter of adding more and more junk to it to impress new people!. First they added steamed milk for capuchinos and lattes-- still fairly traditional!. Then they started with the flavored stuff, and syrups and chips and all kinds of other fancy nonsense until you can't even recognize it as a coffee drink anymore!. Might as well be liquid candy!.

I'll stick with a good old double shot of espresso thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!. More or less, yes!. They make just about anything "iced" you just have to ask!.
2!. yes!.
3!. I'm not positive, but the people working at the starbucks' i've been to have never been jerks, so if you ask them to make something like that they probably would!.
i love starbucks too!.!.!. i'm thinking about applying there!
they make great stuff!.!.!. try the iced green tea!.!.!. it's really good!.
Hope i helped!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Starbucks is really overpriced nasty stuff!!

I wouldn't pay the price for most of their menu items!. It is like the cost of fuel for your car!! It is priced at what the market will bear!. and then 10% added!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i guess since you dont know much about starbucks, you probably dont know much about their unethical business practices either!.
i make it a point to shop locally owned coffee shops, and avoid starbucks like a disease!.
not to mention the beans were roasted anywhere up to a year before the're served- thats why the coffee is so strong and bitter, they roast them extra dark, to the point of almost burning them!.!. so that when they're ground and brewed you wont be able to detect that they are actually not fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
