Is it good to drink water ALL the time?!
I've been drinking bottled water for about 3 months now, nothing else, no juice, pop, coffee, etc!.

When considering what would be healthy, always look back to what your ansestors ate all those thousands of years ago!. Thinking like this, you would see that they really would have olny been able to drink water, certianly no coffee, alcholic drinks etc, and most unlikely that they would have had been able to make fruit juice!. Judging by this system (and it's a pretty good one to go by - these people survived long enough to give birth to you & I didn't they!?) you can see drinking only water is certianly healthy for you; I've done if for 15 years and I've had no problems what-so-ever!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What is healthy is really going to depend on your specific health needs but !.!.!. generally speaking: juice is a lot of sugar (eating whole fruit is better), soda (or pop ;) ) is a LOT of sugar, coffee is heavily debated and I personally don't think coffee is a big deal either way, you are more than fine without it!.
Water is important!. There are many people who drink water and don't drink anything else!. If you are in an area of the world that has safe tap water, for both political and health reasons, I VERY STRONGLY believe in drink tap water, not bottled water but that is beginning to go into a different topic !.!.!.!. :)

Just make sure you are also getting enough vitamins!.
Too much water is not good for you!. It can lead to major problems if you wash away all your electrolytes!.
If you get real fruit juice, not sugar-water with fruit flavoring, it can be beneficial; so can green tea!.
And now, you're in trouble!.!.!. Make sure that you recycle all those water bottles if you insist on buying them!. This little hippie would prefer if you would get a reusable aluminum water bottle and a water filtration system (Brita, as an example)!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

In that case, that's allright, but drinking some juices other than water could give you more nutrients, like natural juices gives you vit c from orange!. You don't get that from water!Www@FoodAQ@Com
