Does ordering cafe americano with 3 shots and whip cream at Starbucks sounds weird to u?!

No not weird, but technically if it has 3 shots, it's not really an americano anymore so it might confuse your "barista" if you order it that way!.
An americano is one shot of espresso with hot water added to it to make it the same amount in volume and caffeine as a normal drip cup of coffee but with the different flavour that the espresso gives it!. Milk or whipped cream isn't a part of the drink either!. (By the way the drink gets its name from Italians during the Second World War who were offended when american soldiers came into their cafes asking them to water down their carefully crafted espresso to make it tolerable to their uneducated palates!. It was thereafter called an "Americano" as a derisive term!.)
Anyway, ordering a double or triple shot with whipped cream is probably less confusing for the person making the coffee and is probably easier to order!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Naw, that is unless you take a third mortgage out on the house to pay for it!.!.!. The weird part is saying those sizes at Starbucks, come on now!.!.!. I will grab a Latte' and say I want it Medium and they say "Venti", I say "Gazuntike!" and they say, "No, I mean do I want it Venti!." I ask is that some kind of foo-foo juice they would add to my Latte and they will say it is a size!. Then I say again "Okay, then I want a medium size Latte!." and it goes on and on!.!.!. Oh, and another thing about Starbucks that I just love to do is when they ask me for my name!. I make up names to see if they can pronounce them (after their sizes, why can't I try to make them feel inferior) So one day I told them my name was "Chittie Chittie, Bang, Bang" and the girl goes "Okay!" and when my Latte was ready the person that makes coffee (that person has a hotsy totsy name too) calls out "Mr!. I order a quad grande americano with whipcream!. Once the whipcream melts you have your creme and sugar!. When I am feeling really bad and what a pick me up I get it with carmel sauce too!. I use to work there and I have heard weirder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
