Is there any way to keep the fizz in a bottle of soda for a longer period of time?!

Keep the bottle sealed unless you are drinking from it!. The fizz (CO2) will escape into the atmosphere if there is no cap on the bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My husband believes that if he tightens the lid of the bottle very, very, very, tightly that it will keep the fizz from escaping!. This does nothing but make me angry when I tear my hand up opening a bottle of Coke!.
I haven't found anything that will keep the fizz in longer!. I recommend that you buy 2 liter bottles when you know that's all going to be used at the same time!. When we buy a 20oz!. bottle we share!. That way our pop doesn't lose its fizz!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you keep the cap tightly on it but even then the fizz will go out but not as much as it will if you leave it slightly open!.!.!.!.

they have these "pumps" you can get at walmart or food stores that you can pump air back into the bottle!.!.!.helps a little bit

when uve poured what u want squeeze it in as far as possible (until the coke or whatever it is is at the top) and close the lid!. It always works for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
