I'm curious, can deaf people work at starbucks coffee?!

that's a hard one because you will have to interact with customers through out the shift!.!.!.!. and if you cant hear what the customer wants then there could be an issue!.!. not trying to be rude!.!.!. just letting you know!.!.!. you should have a friend call your local Starbucks and ask the manager about this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I believe it is against the law to not employ someone who is qualified based solely on a disability!. I suppose I could be wrong on that, though!. So assuming you are qualified and your deafness doesn't inhibit your ability to communicate w/ others!.!.!.I don't see why you couldn't work at Starbucks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I totally think you can!!! if you can read lips and speak English!.!.!. then you should get a job there!!! Being Deaf isnt something that should hold you back on something you want to do !!!

I dont see why you wouldn't be able but perhaps that would be easier if you had some sort of translator while you used sign language to help customers understand more efficiently!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
