Can you work as a Starbucks Barista if you don't like their coffee? Or would you need to lie?!

Question: Can you work as a Starbucks Barista if you don't like their coffee!? Or would you need to lie!?
I was wondering about working as a Starbucks Barista, but I hate all types of coffee, its just gross!. However, I do like tea, and I like their macha frap!. So I was wondering, would you need to like--saying you like their coffee on the app!.!? Or can you just say you're in it for the experience!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
i was a barista at starbucks for awhile, it's alright if you're not a coffee drinker!. but it's not a good idea to lie because you're gonna be drinking a lot of coffee specially during your training and if you don't tell them you don't drink coffee they might just give you more than you can handle!. it's all about your ability to render service, starbucks wants people persons!. i got in because i faked it!. =pWww@FoodAQ@Com

By law there are some questions companies can't ask!.
Did you see the actual app!?
I'd be surprised if they'd even ask that question!.
But if they do, don't lie!.
Say that you love tea and frapps but your not fond of coffee!.
Big companies like truthful employee's!. It shows character and honesty!.
It may actually work in your favor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They would be hiring you to sell and prepare their coffee, not to drink it!. They have specific ways to make their drinks and as long as you follow their recipes, you'll be fine!. I would probably tell them "I don't care for coffee" instead of "its just gross"Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you should be honest, I do not believe they choose by if the person liked the product they sell because if that was true then alot of people would be out of work from alot of jobs!. There is no need to lie that is what I beleive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont think it would matter although it would help if u did because you probably get free ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
