Sucralose, Its taking over the world!?!

Question: Sucralose, Its taking over the world!!?
I hate sucralose and all other fake sweetners!. They all have this weird aftertaste!. But the crappy part is that they are putting sucralose in the majority of all juices, not just the ones labled Diet or Light!. This bugs me because its takes my 15 minutes to find something to drink without sucralose or some other form of fake sweetner because i have to read the ingriedients before i can buy!.
Its not like i need everything sweet!. I just don't want that weird aftertaste!. If you wan't to cut back on the sugar content then just cut it back!. Don't try to replace it with something else!

Am I alone here!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you aren't alone! It is irritating because one brand of pop which was regular, now suddenly has sucralose in it!. It's not just the taste, which I find yucky, it's the dangers in all these chemicals as well!.
Now, I just wish they'd stop using that high fructose corn syrup and get back to regular sugar, too!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm with you I hate that aftertaste!. If it causes cancer in laboratory animals I dont want to ingest it myself, or thats the rumor anyway!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you are not alone!. I get really, really tired of trying to buy juice and it has some kind of outside sweetener- either high fructose corn syrup (who wants to drink corn syrup!?!?) or sucralose!. Why do they have to make everything sweeter!? I just want to get the juice that is squeezed out of a piece of fruit!. I don't want them to cut it with water and preservatives, and then add that stupid Splenda!. It's so hard to find just plain fruit juice!. Apple juice and orange juice are the only ones that I can find regularly with no added crap!. Even the expensive hippie juice has evaporated cane juice added, or sugar added- they just use different kinds of sugar so it's deceptive!. They use Turbinado sugar, and then on the label they just call it "turbinado" and most people think it's some kind of health herb supplement or something!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
