Question: Any adverse health risks for drinking sparkling mineral water frequently!?
I have recently become addicted to drinking sparkling mineral water (Pellegrino, et al) I DO KNOW that it does have a small amount of sodium in it!.!.!. I do drink regular water too!.!.!. I am just wondering if there are any real 'side effects' that may occur!.!.!. please have info sources :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know about Pellegrino spring water but i know Rosbacher spring water is good for you has it has calcium and magnesium in there water has Michael Schumacher drinks loads of this spring water, being plain or flavoured!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes - bad teeth!.

All carbonated drinks contain acid, and can cause teeth-damage!. It's not just the sugar, you have to watch out for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
