I get headaches when i drink soda?!
i noticed it this month!. i'm not a HUGE soda guzzler!. i'd have a 20oz, and then get a refill!. this was maybe!.!.!. 3 times a week at most!.
and i noticed i started getting bad headaches!. now i stay away from soda completely!. what could be the problem!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stop drinking soda and drink tea instead!. It's great alternative and can actually help headaches!. It has some caffeine, but natural caffeine so it will just make you more alert, but without side effects like headaches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Is it one soda or does this happen with various kinds!? If it is just one, obviously change brands and see what happens!? It very well may be a reaction to the caffeine!. Do you get caffeine any other ways, like drinking coffee!? If so does that give you a headache!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think your drrinking it too fast or your drinking too much!. ask a doctor about this problem he'd probley have a good explanation for this!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
