Drink options with no caffiene?!


Question: Drink options with no caffiene!?
the doctors told me i should try to lay off the caffiene, or anything that will give you energy or make your heart beat faster!. there are so many drinks now a days that have these ingredients in them!.!.!.so its hard to choose drinks that dont!. i love water and everything, but i want some variety!.


Can anyone name the ingridients besides caffiene I should stay away from, and maybe some suggestions for other drink options!? non alcoholic please :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fruit juices
Vegetable juices
De-caffeinated tea and sodas
Herbal teas
Flavored water (in the bottled water section)
Milk and milk-based drinks
Gatorade

If there is a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf chain in your city, they have a drink that is no longer on the menu but you can order it!. It is called a Sunrise, blended orange juice, vanilla and ice!. You can have it with or without whipped cream!. They are YUMMY!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

try to have organic products, as these have less artificial ingredients!.
try decaf tea/coffee, fruit / veg juices, smoothies etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

caffeine free pop such as root beer, sprite, sierra mist, 7up, or any fruit flavored pop (orange, grape, strawberry, cherry, peach, etc!.)

or anything marked caffeine-free

kool-aid
