I swear by these ones;
1/2 cup yogurt (low fat organic is best, greek however, can be very good if you add a touch of honey)
1/2 orange juice (NOT FROM CONCENTRATE!!!)
1 mango
3 ice cubes (cubed)

4 strawberries (large, hulled)
1/4 cup raspberries
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
(then either 3 large ice cubes for a more liquid version, or just frozen fruit if you want it thicker)

2 tbsp golden sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
(both dissolved together in 4 tbsp of boiling water)
3 eating apples (peeled)
2 cups blackberries
(blend before stirring in sugar mixture and then add an ice cube to each glass)

Finally (my personal favorite); coconut milk and passion fruit, or indeed anything else!. if you can get coconut milk there is ittle you could do to make it taste bad!.

Enjoy your party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
