It doesn't have straight sugar it has high fructose corn syrup, and sucrose which is a consentrated variety of sugar!. A tablespoon of such corn syrup is equivical to 10 teaspoons of white caine sugar!. If you think it excessive you should look at whats in a few of the energy drinks on the market, or even some "healthy" flavored waters!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
technically, coke and pepsi has NO sugar in it, at least if you are talking about sucrose that most people consider sugar!. they actually are sweetened by high-fructose corn syrup!. They likely have an equivilant of 10 spoons of sugar thought!.
