The funny thing is - I like hot chocolate the best but actually drink coffee more often!. I think that is because when I go out with friends we all have coffee!. But at home I would always pick hot chocolate and for a real splurge put in the marshmallows!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Chocolate Hot Coffee Cake
2 1/4 c!. Hot Coffee
1 1/2 c!. Brown Sugar
1/2 c!. Cocoa
Mix and let stand!. 1 1/2 c!. White Sugar, 3 Eggs, 3 c!. Flour, 1 1/2 tsp!. Baking Soda, 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Cream Crisco and Sugar!. Add Remaining Ingredients, combine and add to first mixture; mix well!. Bake in Sheet Pan at 350 Degrees for about 33 minutes!.
Icing: Melt 2 Squares Baking Chocolate with 2 Tbs Butter!. Add 7 Tbs Canned Milk, 1 1/2 c!. Confectioners Sugar and 1 Tsp Vanilla!. Beat until CreamyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'm mostly a coffee drinker(iced coffee,that is) and you get lots of flavors for coffee,but both of them, you can make them either cold or hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
