Question on Caffeine...kidneys?!
Doing some research, want to know how many people feel that their kidneys have been adversley affected from the drinking of caffeinated drinks!?
I am not talking about having to go to the potty every ten minutes either!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I used to get kidney infections a lot when I was a teenager, till the doctor told me to lay off the caffeine!. I started drinking water more, and haven't had one since!.
I can take one cup of coffee or coke a day without feeling it, but I have to drink more water afterward!. If not, I can feel the infection coming on!. I rarely drink anything other than water or fruit juice!.
My sister has the same story, only she drinks Sprite!. She also still gets them occasionally!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingestion of caffeine, especially in amounts exceeding 200 milligrams, can contribute to many psychological and physiological problems, Kidney infection,/ failure, and even kidney cancer all may be due to excessive caffeine intakes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
