Question: Shouldn't there be a campaign against bottled water!?
The taps are full of the stuff, purified to the max and it is available almost everwhere!.

Bottled water takes resources to produce, distribute and to dispose of the containers - does the UK really need it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, we have to provide bottled water to get a star rating in our hotel!.

so, could you also have a word with Visit Britian ( the tourist board ) about thier criteria!.

I agree, its a waste, but there is a ton of products in supermarkets we don't need!. In fact, i would more than happily bet we could get rid of 95% of supermarket products!.

Whats unnecessary to you, might be perceived as essential to someone else!.

EG: I'm a veggie, would you agree with me that all meat is unnecessary and we shoudl ban it !?!? I doubt it!.

You can buy a fridge filter for £15 if your water has a nasty taste !.

I remember watching Irish telly I think it was Gay Byrne ' late late show , it was about 20 yrs ago and they had this fella on talking about selling bottled spring water !.

The audience peed themselves !. They thought it was a joke !.
