Actually, I'm lactose-intolerant, so I use non-dairy creamer on my cereal, and when I make Iced Coffee !.!.!.!.!. My husband is diabetic, and real milk has at least 13 g!. sugar per glass, so he'll use it too!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
