What exactly does Monster do to you?!
I had 2 sips of monster last night, not even 5 minutes later I started shaking out of control!. I was really hyper and I couldn't stop!. So does it effect your nervous system!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Monster is not much different that most other energy drinks!. Yes people say that the caffeine in it is not good but most of us do get a fair amount each day anyhow!. Coffee, tea, chocolate, soda, and energy drinks all have caffeine in them!.
Now if you have never have had any of this it is possible then that the caffeine really affected you!. If not then maybe another ingredient!. I am not sure what all is in it!. I have had it before with no different effects than most other store bought energy drinks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for me, no it doesnt!. moster and other drinks rasie your caffeine level!. some peopel handle it better than others!. i've never heard of two sips doing much to be completely honest tho!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
