Redbush tea, it is really nice and is drunk a lot in Africa I cant stand the taste of green tea but redbush is high in antioxides and is in fact better for you than green tea, you can also have it with milk rather than just black it has a smokey flavour to it and if you have it with lemon is very refreshing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A nice cup of pg tips with 1 sugar and a little milk (semi-skimmed) also really like strawberry and raspberry crush herbal teas with a tiny bit of honey!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
