Does soda stay fresher in the fridge or out. Warm or cold?!

Question: Does soda stay fresher in the fridge or out!. Warm or cold!?
Answers:
On a biological level I am thinkng the molecules are less active in the colder environment!. Deterioration of a beast is halted simply by freezing it for a few thousand years ( whooly mammoth)
Therefore, for a soda to go flat a chemical reaction has to be taking place constantly and in the processes something is lost Eventually, there is no more of it left and that is the state we call being Flat!. So it seems to me in a cold environment the processes would be slowed, thereby, slowing the rate of loss, and lengthening the time until the soda is flat!.
I further think the opposite is true, placed in a very warm room and its time until the soda goes flat is shortened!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It doesn't matter as long as its seal hasn't been broken!. I worked for pepsi for 3 years!. All the drinks are stored in a warehouse and can be either hot or cold depending on where it is!. The shelf date is printed on it and doesn't matter what temperature it isWww@FoodAQ@Com

The fridge

Gases dissolve easier in cold liquids, they're weird!. If you leave the soda in the fridge, more of the carbon dioxide in it stays dissolved, so its fresher!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
