How many calories do slushies have!. You know, the kind you can get at Quick Trip!. I usually go to QT or other places and get them about 4 times a week!. How many calories do they have!?

here's how you make a slushie!. freeze water into crystals, dump them into one of those rolling tank things with a little more water, throw in a whole crapload of concentrated flavour syrup (read: sugar, sugar, artificial flavouring, MORE SUGAR)!.

slushies are empty calories!. that is, they have lots of calories and little/no nutritional value (ie, no vitamins, protein, fat, complex carbs, minerals, etc!.)!. That and they actually destabilize your insuline levels and encourage your body to increase its fat stores!.
