Three Coke Zeros...?!

Question: Three Coke Zeros!.!.!.!?
Well, I have three Coke Zeros today!. (One for each meal!.) Is that considered bad!? I heard it has aspartame or something!. BUT then I heard only Diet Coke has aspartame!. Coke Zero is sweetened with splenda!. So can someone clarify this for me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Neither will give you cancer!. The government of every country in the world would not allow its citizens to be exposed to carcinogens in the food supply!.

In Australia our hospitals only contain diet soft drinks as all hospital food must be the healthy alternative (including canteens and staff foods)!. Obesity is responsible for 20% of cancer deaths, so I would say non-diet drinks are more of a cancer risk!.

The only problem I have with diet soft drinks is that it maintains a taste for highly sweet foods!. It can be hard to get used to drinking water after thins, or eating fruit as you can get so used to super-sweet foods they taste bland!. But other than that I think it fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it's bad!. You're at such an important age for physical development; you need nutrition, not chemical junk! Even if you ignore the fact that aspartame is carcinogenic (for the record, exercise has virtually nothing to do with cancer) you're still filling your body full of cr*p, and although it's inconclusive there is a surprising amount of evidence that shows a link between soda consumption and bone deterioration!. The caffeine in three colas will also (among other things) sap your body of B vitamins, upset your sleep cycles, stunt your growth, and possibly cause cellulite!. Drinking soda every now and then is fine, but for the most part you should drink water, unsweetened juice, or milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coke Zero is sweetened with aspartame!. Check the back of the can for the ingredients and you can see for yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

drinking at least one a day is very bad!.!.!.!. if you do exercise, youre just wasting your time with carbonated slushes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

FYI they both give you cancerWww@FoodAQ@Com
