Question: Is there a way to improve the flavor of 'older' (not so old, unused) coffee grounds!?
How can I get rid of that 'old, dry' flavor that results when coffee grounds have set on a shelf a little too long!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put your coffee grounds in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer might help freshen them up!.!.!.put them on a cookie sheet and retoast them in the oven!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

also you can keep the can or jar in the refrigerator instead of on a shelf!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix in some flavors, Like coconut , hazelnut, etc!.!. If you want your coffee to keep it's flavor, put it in the fridge!. It keeps a long time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try add a pinch of salt, my mother use to do that, now she drinks instant coffeeWww@FoodAQ@Com
