I like chocolate more than vanilla (but in ice cream vanilla tastes great!)!.
And none of coffee or tea because it contains caffeine and caffeine is bad for the health!. It damages some of your internal organs!.
It is bad when you sleep because it alerts the brain instead of calming it!. so in other words its harder for you to sleep !.!.

Chocolate is a big favorite of mine (unfortunately) and I definitely prefer coffee!. Especially flavored coffee!. Hot or iced, it doesn't matter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
