Is seltzer water good for you?!
I work at a restuarant (semi-fast food) and in the soda fountain for the drive-thru (not to be accessed by customers) we have carbonated water for making italian sodas and the like!. I like it a lot and drink it on my brakes!. Is it bad for me!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not at all, it's much healthier than soft drinks with the syrup in it!.!.!. Have at it, I drink Seltzer water all the time and when I want a cocktail I drink rum and Seltzer, allows the taste of the rum to come through clear and helps with calorie intake and reduces hangover!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
