the hawaiian party is called a luau!. traditionally, kalua pig,lomisalmon, laulau,opihi,poke,poi,haupia are some of the foods served!. in actuality, many other various ethnic foods are served as hawaii is a blend of many different cultures!. as far as drinks go, beer and juice and soda are the norm!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would do Pina Colada's with fresh pineapple and coconut for garnish!. I'd use Hibiscus flowers for decorations!. Check out some Hawaiian musicians for music!.
