Which is more hazardous: drinks with fizz(such as coke) or no fizz(ice tea)?!
Answers:
The fizz comes from carbon dioxide, which is harmless unless you are worried about global warming, or concentrate the gas!.
Generally, the fizzy drinks are not as healthy as non-fizzy drinks, but it is not because of the fizz itself!. Fizzy sodas have phosphoric acid, which isn't very good for your health, and are high in high-fructose corn syrup!. Diet sodas may present other health problems!.
You can drink seltzer water, which is fizzy and not bad for you in anyway, except you may burp at a bad time!.
I would recommend sticking to low-fat/skim milk, 100% fruit juices, iced tea (as long as it doesn't have too much sugar), and iced coffee (as long as it's not too sweet), and water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
