Question: How to make a smothie with frozen fruites and regular yogart!.!?
I want to make a berry smothie and only have frozen fruite and regular yogart!. I need some recipes for this, and yes I know you put ice cubes in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ewww ice cubes!? that dilutes the flavor!. No Ice Cubes!

1 Cup Berries
1/2 Cup Yougurt
1 Tsp Vanilla

Blend Together add more berries/yougurt depending on richness

i just got a snow cone machine and it had some recipes with it but if you dont have a machine like that you can always just use a blender!.!.!.!.

yogurt snow- freeze yogurt in ice cube trays and put them in a blender with fruit

snow smoothies- freeze 1/2 cup milk in ice cube trays and put them in a blender with fruit, add 1/4 cup sugar for sweetness

so, with these recipes you don't even need to put actual ice cubes in if you don't want to!. try them both ways and experiment!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you freeze the fruit, you don't need ice cubes!. Use frozen banana, strawberry, etc!., and add to vanilla yogurt (or fruit-flavored yogurt)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
