Water filters in stores?!

Question: Water filters in stores!?

Any of the filters sold in say walmart or other department stores capable of filtering fluoride!? If not how can i filter my tap water!? also for a side question how can i find out how much fluoride is in my tap water!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
