Energy Drinks.............?!
Ok,
i just had my first ROCKSTAR (energy drink)
but it's not my first energy drink!.!.!. i have had red bull and monster and some other kinds!.!.!.
but today i had it and it made my stomach hurt really bad and gave me (forgive me for saying this) bad gas on both ends!.!.!.!.
then i went to the bathroom and went #2 for at least 20 minutes!.!.!.!. not kidding!.!.!. i have never went that much in my life!.!.!.!.
but i was wondering if Sugar- Free Rockstar has any laxitives in it!.!.!.(the ingredients are listed below)
so if you know, please tell me!.!.!.!.!.

They do have a diet Rockstar, which is sugar free!.
Although energy drinks are not the best thing for you, they are loaded with sugar and caffeine!. Caffeine is not the best choice for you body and could cause stomach aches if it receives too much!. Some people can handle high sugar intakes, some can't!. Yours might not!. So look for diet ones!. Hopefully your stomach won't hurt anymore!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

No but rockstar does have alot of harmful ingredients in it!.
it made me sick too!. and the stuff they use to sweeten it without sugar can cause ulcers
