Is it possible to live/survive on liquids alone?!

Question: Is it possible to live/survive on liquids alone!?
Now im talking water milk and iron and protein drinks and all kinds, not limited to one kind!.
no doubt theres a drink for every vitamin/mineral and nutrients u need but how long could u survive on it for!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
In theory you could survive on them indefinitely since they can provide all the required nutrition!.

The three macronutrients which we need in relatively large amounts are protein about 50 grams, and typically for moderately physically active people fats 100 - 150 grams and sugars 200 - 300 grams per day !.

The rest of them the micronutrients ie vitamins and minerals are only needed in quantities ranging from grams to millionths of a gram!.

So the above can be obtained from supplements that would weigh less than 500 grams but this is a very bad idea that nutritionists do not recommend because it will completely mess up the vital bacterial population of the large intestine that need solid food including fibre to prosper!.

Full supplement nutrition can't be carried out for long and the guiding nutritional principle is: get as much of you nutrition as possible from real food!. That's also the more enjoyable way to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure you can, there are people that can't eat and are fed liquid diets through feeding tubes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you not like to eat!? I would just make sure you get enought phytonutrients and fiber, like you would receive from veggies and fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
