alright I dont drink coffee but I have a little insight to the lighter side of food prep!. anytime you want to lighten something up it usually contains , sugar sub and skim milk
which by the way if it is very very cold can be whipped up like heavy cream !.(who new) at a extreme fraction of the calories!.
you also need to know what kind of coffee/ expresso that they use or buy their brand they sell!. watch them make it and if it is a mix it is pretty much the way i have explained it for you I really hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
