I like green tea with only15 milligrams of caffeine!. I do love the smell of fresh coffee but the caffeine dosage can range from 65 to a whopping 175 milligrmas of caffeine!. Like the old saying goes "what goes up must come down!." Just a little too much stimulant for me unless one drinks instant coffee at only 65!. also, green tea has been shown to be far more effective than coffee for fat loss!. I like coffee best, but when I need some down time, I like herbal tea!.
