Is it alright if miners between the ages of 12 and 17 can drink energy drinks?!

People under the age of 16 aren't SUPPOSED to drink them, or have energy drinks sold to them, but there's no official law against it, so salepeople continue to sell them to the younger people, who are the major consumers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
