3 cups at least!. Milk has calcium and helps to build string bones!.!.!. also you can eat 3 cups of yogurt instead if you don't like milk, don't worry, I learned this from my nutrition teacher so I'm not making it up!.

Its good for you but bad for the dairy cows they are seriously mistreated and abused!. Drink as little as possible and save a cow!. Look up animal abuse and watch the videos how they are abused and you will see!. You could take a supplementWww@FoodAQ@Com
Yes it does!. I drink 12 ounces with each meal!. It is great for building bone density!. Some people on yahoo answers even drink some at night in a baby bottle!. So everybody gets their milk in the way that is comfortable for them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
