Sry!. what do all of you Brittish people call pop aka soda aka coke aka fizzy aka whatever where you live!? I have asked this question on American Yahoo, but not on UK Yahoo, so I want to see how it is different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We call it lemonade!.
Soda is what you would put in whisky!.
Coke is in a red tin called coke!.
We also like orangeade, limeade, Dandelion and Burdock, cream Soda, cherryade!. These are all fizzy drinks!.
Mainly though we just say Pop which means lemonade!.

well im from the south of the u!.k and its very british you know that way of speeking u amaricans always imagin us speeking like we are all in bridget joans well this is a strange question but in my area we all it coke or just the name of the drink we want and we use no slangWww@FoodAQ@Com
It probably varies around the country, but where I am the generic term is 'fizzy drinks' for Coke, Sprite, Fanta or whatever, 'soda' is what goes with whisky and 'pop' generally refers to music!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont call it pop everything whether it is pepsi dr pepper cream soda it is coke and then my hubby will say what kind of coke and then i will say mellow yellow or whateverWww@FoodAQ@Com
