What Brand of "Green Tea" is the best?!
I know about how "Green Tea" is very healthy for the system and helps with energy, fighting certain diseases etc!.
But i wanted to ask more Green Tea drinkers, What is the best Brand to drink!?
I have been drinking the "Lipton" Tea BAGS with citrus!.
Just wanted to get more opinions!.

If you really want to experiment with good green tea, you may need to look beyond your grocery store!. While most supermarkets will carry a few brands of green tea (usually in bags), there won't be much selection!. If your city has a Chinatown area, you'll probably find some amazing green teas there, or you could try mail order!. Some types to look for: sencha, gunpowder or Dragon Well!. !. Grocery store packaged teas might just be marked 'green tea', without any distinctive variety given!. You might want to avoid these types of tea, as they will likely be blends of poor quality!. They a heath food store for some good green tea, and infuse it with your own fruit!. I like to use fresh peaches in the summer or lemon, orange and lime to make it citrus!.

There should be no difference for health reasons on which brand of green tea you use!. The extra stuff is more for taste than anything else!. So it really is mostly up to your individual taste or if there is a particular company that you like better!.
At least this was true up until they recently came out with green tea ginger ale!. Since ginger has antioxidents in it and it is real good for our stomach then this would be the best out of any store bought brand!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want teas that are easily available, Twinings and Stash both have some good green teas!. However, if you go to a specialty tea store (either a store in your city, or online you can look up "The Republic of Tea" or "Teavana" to get started) you'll find higher quality teas!. It's really trial and error to find the type that you like best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is green tea and it is so good!. my personall favorite is the honey lemon but i think it is lipton!. they come in bottles or you can buy the packets you add to water!. they are really addicting! we get them at sams!.!.!. good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Organic green tea is best!. Try to avoid artificially flavored varieties!. You want them as minimally processed as possible!. I suggested organic because herbicides/pesticides are just more chemical nastiness your body doesn't need!. Try switching up natural herbal tea bags for flavor variety :)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
