Is drinking coffee and then red bull bad for you?!
I have sleeping problems, so I drink a cup of coffee every morning [sometimes 2] to help me wake up!.
I have finals tomorow, so I bought some red bull!. I've drank about two red bull in one night and it worked pretty well, but I'm just making sure drinking a cup of coffee and a red bull in one morning isn't going to cause me to flip the hell out in the middle of my finals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well having caffeine within 4 hours of going to sleep will intensify any sleeping problems that you have!. Caffeine dehydrates us and depletes our bodies of calcium!. While it is needed to help transport sugar in our systems most people get too much!. Last April Time did a big article on caffeine!.
Before using the coffe and red pukes try water!. If you feel tired trink 2 glasses of water!. If you feel better in 15 minutes then you were just dehydrated!. If you still feel tired then drink a coffee or red bull!. Proper hydration will increase our motabolism and energy levels by 3%!. We need 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight plus 8 more ounces of water for every 20 minute of exercise!. Since the caffeine will dehydrate us it is important to replace that water within 15 - 30 minutes of having a caffeinated drink!.
Besides proper hydration try supplements too!. A good multi vitamin/mineral supplement will help with energy and motabolism too!. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for is VERY true with vitamins!. also add to that additional items like a good multi B complex, fish oils, ginseng and ginko biloba!.
I think you may find that with proper hydration and supplementaion that you will find that you will not require the coffee and energy drink as much!. It may even help with sleeping pforblems too!.
