Skimmed!. I've not drunk anything else for about 15 years!.
Here in the UK (I'm assuming you must be American) we don't classify milk by fat percentage (though Sainsbury's does stock its own brand 1% fat variety)!.
Channel Island is 5!.2%
Whole milk is 3!.6%
Semi-skimmed is 1!.7%
1% is, well, 1% (duh!)
